Series of projects on a 100 year old Craftsman style home. Including documenting the how much the building had already subsided when it was purchased (to confirm no further movement had happened when it would be later sold), documenting the services in the basement ceiling before they were enclosed in sheet rock, obtaining a 3D floor plan, finding the amount that a support had to be raised in a repair, etc.
